1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by TuneFrame Studio (“we”, “us”). By accessing our site or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Course access
Video courses provide 24 months of on-demand access unless otherwise stated. Live cohorts offer scheduled sessions; recordings may be available for 12 months.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Refunds for video courses are available within 7 days if you watched less than 20% of the content. Live formats are refundable up to 7 days before the start date. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, distribute, or publicly display course content without written permission. Do not attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security.
6. Intellectual property
All content, including text, curriculum, and method maps, is owned by TuneFrame Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
7. Disclaimers
We provide training and guidance for painting best practices. Results vary based on conditions and execution. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to services
We may modify features, formats, or pricing. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of laws principles.
